This Xbox was the first Xbox that i ever bought. after i had it for some time it got the red ring of death. for thoughs of you that don't know that is when your Xbox doesn't turn on an just flashes three red lights at you. one of the reasons that you would get the red ring is because of overheating. after i fixed that little problem i decided to mount fans on the side of it to keep that problem for ever happening again and thus this was created.
now as time went by i didn't like the unbalanced look of only one fan and i wished for a switch to turn it off. so after some more time and a cheep $2 switch it looked a bit better.
As the story goes i got another used Xbox the needed fixing. I asked one of my friends if he would want it for the price of the parts needed. he liked that idea and I decided to give him the modded case with it seeing as he liked it so much. so i went to the task of cleaning up the wires that were coming out of the side.
I had this converter box that was not worth its weight in beans that i took apart for the coaxial plug on the back of it
after wiring up the insides to the plug and hot glued it in. after a while i decided to solder it in so it wouldn't fall out.
